VoxBoost AI works best in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Firefox desktop is also supported. Safari on Mac works with some limitations. Mobile browsers (iOS Safari, Android Chrome) have partial support — for the best experience, use a desktop browser.

VoxBoost AI uses a multi-stage digital signal processing (DSP) chain. Audio flows through a high-pass filter (removes low-end hum), a low-pass filter (removes high-frequency hiss), a 3-band EQ (bass/mid/treble), a dynamics compressor (evens out volume peaks), and a noise gate (silences audio below a set threshold). The result is broadcast-quality clarity.

Yes! Keep VoxBoost AI open in a browser tab and activate the voice enhancer. Then, in your calling app (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), select your system's virtual audio device or use a loopback tool like VB-Cable (Windows) or BlackHole (Mac) to route the processed audio. Many users run it in the background continuously during work shifts.

The noise gate automatically mutes your microphone when your voice drops below a set volume level — eliminating keyboard typing noise, fan hum, and room ambience. Drag the threshold slider to your desired sensitivity. A lower value (e.g. −40 dB) is more aggressive; a higher value (e.g. −20 dB) only cuts loud background sounds.

Never. All audio processing happens locally in your browser using the Web Audio API. Your microphone data never leaves your device, is never stored, and is never transmitted to our servers. We take privacy seriously — see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. The Recorder tool captures your processed audio (after all filters and enhancements) using the MediaRecorder API. Free users get standard recording quality. Premium users unlock lossless WAV export and extended recording sessions.

VoxBoost AI offers three premium plans: Starter ($5/mo or PKR 1,400), Pro ($10/mo or PKR 2,800), and Enterprise ($100/mo or PKR 28,000). All plans include full premium feature access. The Pro plan is our most popular choice for call center professionals and remote workers.

We accept Easypaisa (account: 03169214407) for users in Pakistan, and Payoneer (uu798765@gmail.com) for international payments. After transferring, open the in-app payment chatbot, submit your transaction screenshot, and your account will be upgraded within 24 hours.

We verify and activate premium accounts within 24 hours of receiving your payment proof. Most requests are processed within a few hours on business days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM PKT). You'll see your account badge change to "Premium" automatically once approved.

When your plan expires, your account automatically reverts to the free tier. All your saved data and settings are preserved. Premium-only features will be locked again until you renew. We'll send a reminder email before your expiry date.

We collect only what's necessary: your email address and display name when you create an account, your transaction ID for manual payment verification, and anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature usage). We never collect or process your microphone audio. See our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Since all audio processing is local (no data leaves your browser), VoxBoost AI is safe to use in regulated environments including call centers, BPOs, healthcare, and finance. Your calls, conversations, and customer data are never exposed to our systems.

Make sure you've granted microphone permission in your browser (look for the microphone icon in the address bar). Also check that no other app is exclusively locking your microphone. Try refreshing the page, then clicking "Start Mic Test" again. If the problem persists, try a different browser.

Audio processing requires significant browser resources. Close unnecessary tabs, disable browser extensions that intercept audio, and ensure your system has at least 4 GB of free RAM. Reducing the number of active filters (EQ bands, compressor) can also improve performance on older hardware.

Mobile support is limited. iOS Safari and Android Chrome have restricted Web Audio API implementations that may prevent full real-time processing. Basic mic test and recording features may work, but advanced filters and the noise gate are optimized for desktop browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.

The core audio processing engine works offline once the page is loaded, since it uses your browser's built-in Web Audio API. However, account features (login, premium status, reviews, chatbot) require an internet connection to communicate with Firebase. Basic tools like mic test and EQ will work without internet.
