Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoxBoost AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxBoost AI provides browser-based, real-time audio enhancement tools including microphone testing, audio enhancement, noise reduction, and audio recording. The core functionality operates entirely within your web browser using the Web Audio API — no audio data is sent to our servers.

We offer a Free tier with limited features and a Premium tier with full access. Premium access is activated upon manual payment verification by our team.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at umair99965@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Premium Plans & Payments

4a. Plans

Premium access is available through the following plans (prices in USD and PKR):

• Starter — $5/month (PKR 1,400)
• Pro — $10/month (PKR 2,800)
• Enterprise — $100/month (PKR 28,000)

4b. Payment Process

We currently accept manual payments via Easypaisa (Pakistan) and Payoneer (international). The payment process is:

1. Send the correct amount to our payment details via the in-app chatbot
2. Enter your transaction ID / reference number from your payment confirmation
3. Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours
4. Premium access is activated automatically upon approval

4c. Refund Policy

Due to the manual nature of our payment verification, refunds are available within 7 days of activation if the Premium features are not working as described. To request a refund, email umair99965@gmail.com with your account email and reason. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind after the 7-day period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VoxBoost AI to:

• Record or enhance audio of other people without their consent
• Create deepfakes or impersonate others
• Engage in any illegal activity or violation of laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the service's security
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Submit fraudulent payment proofs or attempt to obtain Premium access without valid payment
• Resell or redistribute Premium access to others
• Overload or intentionally degrade the service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The VoxBoost AI name, logo, website design, and source code are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Audio recordings you create using the Service are your own. We claim no ownership over content you produce with the tool.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoxBoost AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Audio enhancement results vary based on your hardware, browser, and environment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxBoost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refund eligibility upon termination for cause is at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
