1. Who We Are
VoxBoost AI ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at voxboostai.com. We provide browser-based real-time audio enhancement tools. If you have privacy questions, contact us at umair99965@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
2a. Audio Data
VoxBoost AI uses the Web Audio API to process sound directly inside your browser using JavaScript. Your audio is never sent to our servers. When you stop a session, the audio data is discarded from your browser's memory. Recordings you save are stored only on your own device.
2b. Account Information
If you create an account, we collect:
- Email address (required for account creation)
- Display name (optional)
- Account creation timestamp
- Subscription/plan status
- Payment method country and method type (not card numbers)
2c. Payment Information
When you submit a manual payment (Easypaisa or Payoneer), you provide your transaction ID / reference number from your payment confirmation. This information is stored securely in our Firestore database and is accessible only to our admin team for verification purposes. Once verified, it is retained for 90 days then deleted.
2d. Usage Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, feature usage counts, and browser type. This data cannot identify you personally and helps us improve the product.
2e. Technical Logs
Like all websites, our servers may receive your IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps in standard server access logs. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used for security monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your user account
- To verify manual payments and activate Premium access
- To send transactional emails (password reset, payment confirmation)
- To respond to support requests
- To prevent fraud and abuse
- To improve our services based on aggregated usage patterns
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your account data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication), a SOC 2 Type II certified platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We implement access controls so only authorized admins can access user records.
Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication (Firebase Auth session cookies). We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
6. Third-Party Services

- Google AdSense (optional) — If ads are displayed, Google may set cookies for ad personalization. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Data Retention
- Active accounts: retained as long as your account exists
- Deleted accounts: all personal data removed within 30 days
- Payment proof images: retained 90 days after review then deleted
- Server logs: retained 30 days
9. Children's Privacy
VoxBoost AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
